The ordering process was simple. I immediately reported an issue with my order upon opening the box and received a follow up email that was not really helfpful. I replied to the email and did not recieve a response. Inhave however received automated emails today asking for feedback on the product. The box is beautiful. Beware! I chose the Holiday Box because it advertised several specific bourbon/whiskey bottles I was looking for as a Christmas gift for my husband. None of those bottles were included in my box.
When I contacted customer support, I was told they substitute spirits based on availability. When I pointed out that each box lists specific spirits—making that information feel misleading—I stopped receiving responses. Very disappointing experience.
