Bracelet was the wrong size. The online store mentioned to be careful and choose a size that fits your wrist, but didn't really tell you how to figure that out with any specificity. It took about three weeks to ship the bracelet from China. When I got it, it was the wrong size. The company was willing to give me a discount on a replacement, but I would still have to pay the shipping costs -- essentially making it the same price. Even with that, they couldn't tell me how to determine the right size. Customer service was spotty and unreliable. I recognize this is not a major company, and I'm not trying to rip anybody off - just have a bracelet I enjoy wearing. But at this point, I'm done trying to get it right. I'm disappointed and wish I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place. With that said, the quality seems to be there.
