The follow-up team were amazing and so were the delivery, it was even delivered before the said the time. However the only issue was that when the delivery team were late, I called the call centre and apparently were informed that I will not be getting the chair in the given delivery date, as there was an issue, however they resolved it and sent me the chair by 8pm, that day.
