I ordered Russians which were out of stock. I was asked if I'd like to order something in its place. I said no, I'd wait. After a week I phoned. I was told they were due in the following day. I phoned a week later and a different lady told me the machine to make them was broken and because they are in such a remote area it was difficult to get a technician out. It would have been helpful to get that message from the start.
