Highly disappointed in the response to my contacts being lost in the mail and shipped back without my notifications. I did not receive my order! It got rerouted to the mailing facility rather than my address without any notifications to me and it says it was shipped back since it was in the facility for more than ten days. I was on vacation and unable to get to the post office and was not notified. Will stop buying if a resolution is not reached. "We will not be held liable" is a poor excuse to not refund me or attempt to reship something I spent 30 bucks on especially when I've been such an avid supporter and recommender of this brand for years.
