The promised delivery time was well overdue, as it was stated to be 3-5 business days. I placed my order on July 22nd, and on July 29th, I contacted the company to inform them that the recipient would be moving from the delivery address on July 31st. Despite this notice, they handed the package over to the delivery company on August 1st, which resulted in delivery to the original address on August 2nd. Now, I am faced with additional costs and effort to reosts and effort to retrieve the package.
