It was easy and affordable. The only problem was the one I bought for my mom was supposed to be the October pink opal but ended up being the same sapphire September I got for my daughter, but I reached out to Bella's when I got the wrong one and they fixed the problem right away and apologized and are sending me a prepaid postage to send the other one back.
