My experience with the company was positive overall. Gabrielle quickly helped resolve a glitch with my order and answered a question I’d been trying to solve for over a year: that the former Tuscan Mountain scent is now sold as Welcome Home. Shipping took longer than expected, but that’s not the company’s fault. My only disappointment was that Welcome Home seemed much lighter and less fragrant than the signature Edwin scent I was hoping to find. I’m disappointed but not with the company.
