I was looking forward to receiving my order but immediately disappointed with the non-existent customer support. Within minutes of placing the order, I realized a mistake to my shipping address. I emailed and reached out through socials. After days of doing this with no response, I faced the fact that they simply don’t respond to their customers. It’s unfortunate and ironic that they ask for customer feedback even though they don’t seem to acknowledge their customers.
