The shopping experience has been great with the customer service. When I originally purchased the Small harness I thought I was going to adopt an older Dobi and would need the Medium. I was told they would send the medium at no charge and to donate the small. Plans changed and we did in fact get a 11 week old pup so I bought the XS knowing the small was going to be too big at the time. Since the XS is to small for my pup, I will donate that one for now.
