There was a glitch with the shipping company but Jagerhund responded promptly to my concerns and shipped a replacement order immediately. I received the replacement and original orders within a day of each other. (I asked Jagerhund to bill me for the replacement shipment as I now have double the product I originally ordered - but they declined to do so.)
