The sound was terrible. Tried all modes and ear buds, along with custom eq settings. Nothing worked. It was either too low and unclear to distinguish speech or too loud and screechy to listen to. The large ear buds fit snug enough to eliminate feedback, but speech was not clear unless it was so loud it was at the point it hurt to listen to. Very obnoxious.
I retained all packaging , and would like to request a refund.
