I Ordered and the delivery date came and went, the site said it hadn’t shipped, didn’t hear a word from anyone. They took 4 months to send out, they said I could cancel my order but the reviews and cost with the neck piece I couldn’t find another that I liked. So I stuck it out, plus they hadn’t charged my card so why not. Meanwhile I purchased a hand wand, and a few rechargeable under the chin and neck red light only pieces. So the lack of communication was definitely poor and earned 1 star
