The website said these would take up to 8 weeks to be shipped. They took 20 weeks!!! I had to repeatedly chase Tech4Tourers to get any update and at one point asked for my money back, a request that was completely ignored. While I understand delays happen, the lack of any information was extremely disappointing. Once the lights arrived, I also messaged Tech4Tourers for tech advice, again with no response at all. Pretty poor service.
