Amazing experience.

Had to pay shipping after it was shipped with an invalid shipping label on top of the shipping I paid to buy it.

My order appeared distorted, looking like I had a black eye

Sadly not to good , way to long to arrive, no contact to talk too , no answer when asking, and the chain was low low quality, can not use it , but the Pearl and cage was fine.

Paid for rushed, was very very late and looked like it had been thrown around for 3 weeks in transit

The shopping experience was easy but having it turn my finger green is a total bummer.

Poor customer service and communication. I paid for rush delivery to arrive by valentines day, and it arrived nearly 2 weeks later. Could not get a hold of anyone and received robot email responses.

It took forever to get any customer service and I still haven’t received my order

The package came days late, and when it finally did arrive, the delivery company left it on the floor of an open mail room, basically in the entry of my building. Where anybody and everybody walks by complete laziness on the delivery so I never even got to see the flowers. Plus a mad Valentine. on top of that I’m having trouble even getting a refund.

I didn’t receive my package even though I also ordered shipping protection. I want a refund.

Ordered on Feb 9th with express shipping. Did not arrive until the 24th. False advertisement of the shipping time. Cancelation policy expires before the product arrives by over a week. Product was acceptable, but I cannot recommend this product or company.

Shipping takes longer than stated. I waited about 2 weeks after purchase to get package. I’ve also reached out to support twice with an issue and no response.

Worst customer service I have ever received. No response to multiple messages requesting a return and refund for an unopened order

Website was clear, however the photos didn’t turn out how they were submitted and my girlfriend really dislikes how it makes her look. Express shipping also took way longer than it said.

It was ok. Easy to order, but again, no listing of a "Will receive by date," even when I paid for "Rush my Order." The Valentine's Day gift showed up 2 days late. The flowers are very nice, and exactly what I expected. The packaging was great, and again, ordering what I wanted was easy. The only problem was the late delivery, especially when I paid extra.
