The customer service is terrible. I contacted FabuLove customer service the day after my order was delivered. I received an automated email assuring me that I would hear from a team member within 12-24 hours. I sent a follow email three days later after hearing nothing. I then sent messages through their website trying to get a hold of someone to get me my exchange. It has been 8 days since my first email. I have heard from no one.
