I'm really disappointed in how bad the quality is, I ordered 2 different kinds of bracelets. The personalised ones are okay, but could've been better as well.
But the "forever bracelets" look cheap for me and really don't match the photos of the description. I wouldn't have minded if I would've known from the beginning that they look like this and the price would've matched. I was super excited for those bracelets, but the excitement was gone quite fast. Also because there was something missing

I am very disappointed with my recent rush order for a custom engraved bangle bracelet for my husband and me. Not only did the order arrive later than promised, but I also received the wrong item.
Because the bracelet arrived late, I was unable to give it to my husband as a Valentine’s Day gift as planned. This was extremely upsetting, especially since I paid for rush processing to ensure it would arrive on time.
In addition, the bracelet I received does not match the item shown in the listing
