I tried reaching out to them multiple times to request a return / exchange (within the timeframe they stated on the website), and all of my attempts to reach them were ignored. This is a very suspicious business, and I do not recommend this to anybody. I think that this is a very dishonest business.

False marketing easy payment and they try to get you to pay for everything. I was a victim of paying for better packaging and faster arrival date. I didn’t get good packaging at all and everything was thrown in as if it was trash, which it was. And the prices that they gave me were outrageous. I thought I was buying a quality product but instead got fake roses that looked like they were made of paper. Tho they said that they were preserved.
