I have to return the wrong item in order to get the correct item sent to me, even though this was their error. I have to return at USPS which has inconvenient hours if you work at 9 to 5. I am still trying to find time during my busy work day to drop off their mistake otherwise I would have had to pay for a pickup. This was my first time shopping with this company and my last.
