Hi Frederik, Sorry for the delay. Just got home from the Moose hunt about a week ago and getting ready to go in for the Deer hunt today. The Perfex 2.5" Lift Kit for my Uncles 2024 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Northstar Ultimate Edition........blew my Uncle away!!!!! As you and I discussed before, he was so upset with his new $45,000 unit as from factory would bottom out in the trails due to the weight of itself (cab model with HVAC adds 400-500lbs compared to no cab models). Even after adjusting the shocks to the full extent, still had issues. He returned his Ranger to the Dealer a couple of times complaining that there is no way this unit should be bottoming out. Polaris Dealer replaced ALL shocks and still bottomed out. This is just the way it is he was told. My Uncle installed the Perfex 2.5" Lift Kit and he could not believe how it totally changed the ride and dynamics of the unit. The Ranger actually achieved a FULL 3" lift, no more bottoming out, no more body roll and the unit rides so much smoother. This 3" lift gain was after he set the shocks back to a FACTORY soft setting. He was so impressed for the entire hunt going through mud holes, rocky trail terrain and uneven ground........the Ranger never scraped, bottomed out or felt "tippy" due to the increased ground clearance. Also he noted about the angle of the driveshafts, as this was a great concern of his since the Polaris dealer was saying do not install a Lift Kit. Due to the quality of the Lift brackets and shock repositioning, the angle of the driveshafts to the wheels were not under any extra "stress". Even the Polaris dealer was impressed!! My Uncles exact words were, " Tell Frederik that I was originally sceptical and there was no way that a Lift Kit would solve my issues", "This is by far the best Lift Kit on the market for quality and accuracy of description of product. The weight of the brackets, hardware and detailed instructions were spot on!" and "The next time Frederik is in the Orillia area, let me know because I owe him a few drinks". He showed the Polaris dealer after he installed the Lift saying that "Perfex Industries saved you a whole lot of complaining and a Polaris design flaw with a simple and affordable Lift Kit!!" and "You need to order these kits for your customers". So once again Frederik, your commitment to a quality product, affordable products and service..... are by far in our opinion after purchasing 5 Perfex Lift Kits over the past 5 years..... the best in the industry! You and your Team keep up the great work and will definitely be ordering from you again. (Sounds like there is 2-3 more orders coming your way from the guys I hunt with 🙂) Your loyal customer and friend, Troy
