Fortunately the inner box that contained the parts was intact as the outer box was destroyed due to poor packaging and handling. The inner box was not packed well and it moved around too much and destroyed the outer box because of it being too loose in there. The shipper obviously had to make some repairs on the outer box just to deliver it. Other than that I like the lift kit okay so far.
