What took forever to get the shoes and when I did, I had no idea I couldn’t send them back and then I noticed one of the eyelets was separated from the shoe laying in the box. For $400 I would’ve expected much better quality of shoe. But it was not it was a disappointment.

The end product is good. I have had NO after sales correspondence. Considering the boot were ordered over 4 months ago it almost seemed liked my payment went into an abyss. There should have been some regular emails - it doesn't cost anything - providing details on where the order is in the process and set realistic expectations. I really wanted to wear these to the inauguration and also my time at Mar-a-Lago.
