Unit is good Service is lousy, didn’t get my camera I paid for Can’t send the unboxing video as your server keeps rejecting it, you ask me to add it to your google drive and I can’t as I’m not a user. You asked me to make a video which I’ve done. So now I’ll upload it to you tube saying the product is ok. But they didn’t send the camera and they dont believe me! Easy to follow. Upfront and honest

Delivery was prompt and instructions make it easy to work with. Very happy with the product and it is a massive improvement to the original generic set up.

Took a little longer than anticipated to arrive

All the info on the website is just marketing crap. The unit might be listed correctly but the lack of instructions, poor screen angle when installed make the reversing camera impossible to view due to glare. No install instructions and poorly labelled parts make installation guesswork.

Buying was easy duh.. but that is not where the value lies..

Tech support is ok

It arrived pretty quickly, and almost everything was plug and play. A few things didn't work right away, but the support team, especially Patrick J., went to great lengths during and after the order. I'm satisfied.

All good with the purchase - the delivery took a few weeks but such is life.

Warning Warning warning. They sold me a head unit that was never going to work. I was then charged a restocking fee. Do not buy these head units.

Arrived reasonably quickly

I didn’t get any tracking information until a month after it arrived. The fitting instructions were very vague.

With questions I had for them there was no stone left unturned with their replies, Fantastic.

Product was a not worth what I paid for it.

Easy Purchase and fast delivery.

I was rather disappointed by the product. The unit did not work but the frustrating aspect of it was I was required to record and send through multiple video recordings before my refund could be processed. It means paying a professional to test the unit and try installation. I think you should make it easier for your customers to return products if it is faulty. In the end I lost money as I paid for express shipping as well which was not refunded.
