Received in good condition in a timely manner

It was ok. I can see the quality of the product is good.

I thought I was buying a premium product, until I realized that it was chinese junk. If I wanted a poor quality unit I would have spent less than half the amount and got one fro Amazon or Ebay. The box that it turned up in was the first sign of junk. I opened it up to find multiple leads none of which were labelled and theres no instalation or guide book. I found one that sort of worked. Both set did not fit all of my connectors so I have 2 connectors not used and nothing functions correctly

The ordering process and fitment was great the issue with the songs glitching over Bluetooth and android audio is annoying even with the Bluetooth antenna fitted. And the OBD2 scanner does not work.

Patrick and team were very helpful in selecting the right head unit and with any follow up queries that I had. More than comfortable to purchase again from the company. Big thanks again to Patrick for his quick responses and being able to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

After original communication to ensure compatibility I ordered the setup. After numerous weeks of the car off the road and trying to troubleshoot why the system would not work - I was informed that the system was not compatible with my vehicle. After 2 weeks refund was eventually completed. Incredibly disappointing process and service.

Slow, making excuses as to why they shouldn't refund in full on a faulty product.

The installation support makes all the difference. Without it I would have returned the unit.

Initial communication was very good, and staff seemed keen to help, but nothing happening with my promised refund.

With the purchase of the product-I supplied the model and VIN number of the vehicle, and still recieved the wrong wiring harness and looms, the second time around, I recieved looms, connected the unit, watched the install video, double checked-the unit still does not correspond with the steering wheel or the camera, or the phone buttons-where is the address to return -I require a refund
