I did not like the idea that you would charge me a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping.

Shopping was good

Awesome. Had what I needed.

Shopping was fine. But the horrible service after purchasing is outrageous.

At this point I have not powered up the unit so I cant comment on it's functionality but the technical specifications sound impressive and I had heard a few positive reports about EG4 Electronics equipment on YouTube.

When you call in there you're on hold or they say they will call you back and they never call you back ever that's the only thing I didn't like sorry

So far so good but I’m going to need breakers and or fuses before I get started.

I have not needed much handholding, it's been a positive experience.

The shipment was rather late, and it became very frustrating to reach any sales representative via telephone. However, using the email resolved that problem. Cheers, Alice Vallette

Made ttwo different inverter purchases, neiher of which could be delivered after the payments was made, wasted 3 week attempting to correct the issue and have inverter shipped, Didn't happen, full refund was issued after this, I will NEVER do business with this incompetent bunch of people!

Delivery took longer than expected. Tough to beat Amazon.

Purchased pre-order ground mount 145. No problem. Ordered 2 more a d they canceled no warning pre ordered. Canceled because out of stock of course they're pre-ordered. Went to reorder the moved price up called 3 times left message no return call. Tried to cancel single order they said okay 2 weeks later not canceled time to get my attorney involved. Horrible handling, I was bash them on my solar media page. You get what you deserve

Solar guys were good to work with and reasonable prices , warranty and good technical knowledge.

Pre-order sales support was very good. And helpful. The support after the order was placed and prior to the delivery was disappointing. There was a distinct lack of information on the expected delivery date and misinformation provided. The battery arrived before I was even notified by Solar Guys Pro that the item had shipped. Please upgrade your customer service in this area.

Availability to talk with someone

Could not fill order then tried to up sell me to a unit almost twice the original price.

Panels arrived damaged and two weeks later I haven’t heard them say if or when they are going to send the replacements.

Customer service personnel knowledge of product is very low!

The folks there answered questions I had quickly and correctly.

No idea where my expensive equipment is

From ordering to delivery took two weeks, not happy it took that long to get.

Still waiting on my oscal 6000w solar generator been 2 weeks
