Very disappointing experience.
I used CS Translation - Certified Translation Agency to translate my son’s birth certificate. I sent them the payment and have been waiting for the hard copy to arrive, but nothing has come. In the end, they sent me a link saying it was delivered — but it went to an address in Cambridge, which is not mine at all.
I’ve tried reaching out but haven’t received any proper solution. I’m really frustrated and don’t recommend this service based on my experience.
