Customer service took VERY good care of me. They checked to make sure I received my order and that special attention made me feel like I was a part of something grand… Selavra is not just another online product store. The garnets bracelets are beautiful.. And the history of the precious stones combined with the exact way to activate their sentient power to enhance my own intentions is powerful… Answering the self questions is helping me to work the process of healing from within. Two days after receiving one of my bracelets, it snapped suddenly on its own last night. I wasn’t offered a replacement for one that snapped, and I paid full price for two sets. Furthermore, I wasn’t given a refund for the one that broke on its own.
