The delivery took quite a long time—over a month—and this created some additional problems. Pulsetto offered one month of free access to the upgraded version of the app, but by the time the device finally arrived, my trial period had already expired. I never had the chance to test the premium features before the subscription ended.
What was even more disappointing was that I was actually charged for a subscription I hadn’t been able to use, simply because the device hadn’t arrived yet.
