I ordered the Pulsetto device and paid in full, but what I received was only a tube of conductive gel — the actual device was completely missing from the package.
Since then, I have reached out multiple times via email and social media, and I have received no real resolution or clear timeline. The only responses so far have been generic and unhelpful, with no accountability.
