I am not completely sure whether I am supposed to review the purchase experience or the product itself.
If I am reviewing the purchase experience, I am mostly satisfied. I appreciated that home delivery was available, because I am currently in a pain flare-up and was not able to walk to the post office.
However, I was only partly satisfied with being called by an artificial intelligence. When I asked if it was an AI, it said yes. I then asked if it had any information that I could not find myself online, and it answered no. That was honest, which I appreciated, but it also made the call feel a little unnecessary.
If I am reviewing the product itself, I am cautiously satisfied so far. I would actually prefer to be asked for a review after I have had more time to use it.
I bought the product because I am in a pain flare-up, and during these flare-ups I also get headaches more easily. I had hoped it might help with the pain flare-up itself, but so far it has not helped with that at all.
However, I have not had a single headache during this month, which is extremely valuable to me. I would still like to use the product for longer before giving a full review, because I have read that full effects may take around 6 to 12 weeks. I want to see whether this continues and whether it is not just a coincidence that I have not had headaches.
But so far, it has been incredibly nice and unusual for me to go a whole month without any headaches.
