I received completely different colour from what was pictured on website, tik tok and other customer reviews. Customer service didn't even try to help, they just said "colors may appear different on different screens and in reality" something like that. I didn't have time to return it before trip so I had to deal with it. Only place where you could see the true color of the bag, was in official tik tik video which was posted about 12 days AFTER I placed my order. Bag - amazing, service - awful.
