Horrible customer service, shipping issues (company knew and did not share) and just an awful experience from start to finish.

Easy and quick.

Never received $65 worth of items. After being notified of an error, the manufacturer shiped to the wrong address anyway. Shipping protection did not cover anything, company communication has been poor and still no resolution.

Took ages for them to arrive, not something I would buy as a gift if it takes that long.

It's very good, but the problem is that it's long shipment and extra taxes from customs so it ends up being more expensive than originally thought (poitics)

The Delay in shipping due to not having dates for when pre-orders would be finished and stuff would actually ship was a bit annoying, but the service from the team in replying, and the actual notifications once shipped were fantastic.

I know they said the order for the cats was a pre order however there was no reason to hold up my entire order waiting on the cats. That was just poor business.

Well when i made the purchase there was no mention of pre ordering. So why did it take almost 1 month and me emailing you asking if my order had shipped yet before you sent it? Should have been a double order as an apology

I received no dispatch e-mail as the order confirmation said I would, and the subsequent tracking link didn’t work. I chased it by e-mail to Duckeys and they turned up shortly after…likely they were already on the way to me when I contacted support.

2 months to be send is way too long but at least it came

Was very disappointed that I had to wait 4 months for my order because I was upsold the cat and added it to my order but they held the whole order until that shipped. The dates given were also incorrect. Shipping also took way too long.

I paid for the cat and I never received it.
