The website is nice, but I was really disappointed in how long it took for my order to arrive. 2 months and one week. I was also not happy with my mystery packs. I ordered 2 of one pack and 3 of another. The item in the packs was the same one. What you can’t mix up your mystery packs before shipping them out so people don’t get the same one. I’m glad I didn’t order 10 mystery packs!! Very disappointed! For the money they are charging I should have been able to select the character that I wanted

They advertise that most shipments leave the warehouse within 72 hour - Almost a month went by with no movement. They also advertise that orders can be cancelled before shipping without issue. I reached out to cancel the order, they flat refused on 3 occasions even with showing their own policies and told me items were back ordered and were being shipped that weekend. Another three weeks went by before they bothered to ship. I refused the shipment. Awful customer service.

Took a month + of emails before I finally was sent a replacement for the package that USPS never received. The package arrived missing 2 of the 5 items I ordered. Emailed customer service and was told they needed a picture of the items I received, but I didn’t have them anymore since these were gifts so I just gave up. Neat concept, unfortunately I got unlucky with the shipping dept/customer service experience.
