The website is nice, but I was really disappointed in how long it took for my order to arrive. 2 months and one week. I was also not happy with my mystery packs. I ordered 2 of one pack and 3 of another. The item in the packs was the same one. What you canāt mix up your mystery packs before shipping them out so people donāt get the same one. Iām glad I didnāt order 10 mystery packs!! Very disappointed! For the money they are charging I should have been able to select the character that I wanted

They advertise that most shipments leave the warehouse within 72 hour - Almost a month went by with no movement. They also advertise that orders can be cancelled before shipping without issue. I reached out to cancel the order, they flat refused on 3 occasions even with showing their own policies and told me items were back ordered and were being shipped that weekend. Another three weeks went by before they bothered to ship. I refused the shipment. Awful customer service.
