Cathy was fantastic and super responsive and helpful. She held the order for me as long as I wanted. When we were ready to install while the cabinetry was still being customized, she gave valuable advise and refunded for some extra thing I bought but did not require. Although I love the P1, if P2 was released before April 2026, I would have opted for that as the front of it is complete glass. Cleaning og greese would be breeze on glass.
