Extremely disappointing shopping experience. The product did not perform as advertised, but the bigger issue was the company’s business practices and customer service. I was unknowingly enrolled into a recurring subscription during checkout, which was not made clear. I contacted them immediately to stop the next order, however they processed and shipped it anyway. They then refused to accept a return or issue a refund. Customers should be very careful before purchasing from this company.
