Outstanding! Yuki went above and beyond with my order. I ordered 3/4 cups of a set and a matching teapot and discovered a "4 for 3" offer immediately after payment for the set I just purchased part of. When I contacted Yuki, she added the remaining cup to my order for free. There was also an issue with my postal address for the carrier used by Tenmokus and she contacted me swiftly for a new address. DHL themselves were lovely on the final leg too as my street address tends to confuse couriers and they called to confirm location, then safely delivered my parcel. I had been worried that it would be delivered to the wrong address and/or a false "delivery attempt" card left like some other couriers, but no, everything was perfect from start to finish. I'd been eyeing this teaware from Tenmokus for a few years now and I'm glad that they lived up to expectations. 😊
