I paid extra for delivery in 3 days and received the parcel after 2 weeks...it was a Christmas present. On top of the $9 for expedited shipping paid for nothing I had the surprise that I had to pay another $20 customs duty which you should inform customers about. When I saw that 5 days had passed but the parcel was still not delivered to the courier I wrote to you twice but the answers were "we hope it will arrive on time" I am very disappointed with your service.
