These products were perfect and exactly what I wanted! Heads up, I paid $20 in import fees; UPS pays them ahead of time, then bills you “COD” on delivery, because they’re coming from Istanbul. Regardless, their products are awesome!!!

Customers don't want to be lied to. The package was on it's way- why email to ask if I want it customized? It seems like a lie. Especially considering that I was unable to return another product that was poorly made. It is obvious that the company is more interested in appearing like they provide good service and good product but doesn't actually provide high quality anything.
