No issues at all. Easy to assemble. Quality I expected.

3 of the bottom boards are too short to lay across, the end joiner pieces are too long and don’t allow the bottom boards to slide underneath, and our 2 sets of platform feet that I ordered were not delivered with the boxes. Very disappointing given the price point for this quality of workmanship.

A bit of a long wait for delivery but otherwise good.

I asked for a new long side..... one was sent to me! General experience, great.

Ordered 2 planters, however one of the delivered items was the wrong size -- called the Cedar Planter office and the matter was handled efficiently and effectively. Within a day the right size was returned and the wrong size was picked up to be returned. Well handled.

Way to order and go delivered on time

While it took longer for the beds to be shipped, after requesting an update, they responded back within a day or two and clarified why the wait was longer than expected.

It was fine. It seemed a long time for the planters to arrive but they were here before it was time to plant.

I ended up ordering an extra planter when the one I ordered did not show up. I think some how I ordered when I was trying to figure out if my order had gone through. The response was less than supportive and really quite disappointing. That being said, I think the product is lovely.

Ordering was easy and being able to track the shipping was useful. The cover I ordered was not delivered the day that the carrier promised - two days later but it arrived in perfect condition.

The product seems great but it took a very long time for delivery. I was starting to think it might be a scam.

Took a while to receive it but love it.

We ordered in the early spring so it was their busy time which ment our order did not come for 4 weeks. But everything was included and ready for assembly.

Always deliver great products and I love that they are Canadian made!! Gardening helps me deal with stress and is great for my mental health, I appreciate the ergonomics of a raised bed...my body thanks you too 😆

Cedar Planters Canada is so supportive - their blog has info on just about any questions you have, be it what to plant, when to plant and how to plant. Never make you feel like you’re on this gardening adventure alone!

Prompt responses via WhatsApp, quick delivery, pieces were well packaged/well protected, no missing pieces, some extra nuts and bolts, came with a tool for assembly. No complaints. In fact highly recommend this all-Canadian company!

When putting the planter together I ran into a problem with the holes not lining up with the metal legs on one end piece. I called and left a message but did not receive a call back. I ended up drilling new holes for the one piece.

Considering I live in another province delivery was prompt arriving in good condition to my door. Emailed once and received very prompt reply. Good people to deal with. Would definitely recommend this product and company.

Whenever I texted them with questions or concerns they always answered promptly. The customer service is fabulous!

Ordering was extremely easy and fast, however it took weeks to get my order shipped with no easy way to contact anyone or even get a reply without follow up. I was given several reasons on several occasions as to why my order was delayed April 3rd ordered May 2nd received after shipment to wrong province, plus cedar was not the higher grade I paid for. When Ally finally got involved I received replacement cedar parts quickly. Planter was easy to put together so it was done the same day.

The Company was very responsive when I enquired about the estimated delivery date.

When I noticed the tomato cage after I submitted my planter order, I email Customer Service and they quickly supported me to add the cage to my order. Lovely experience.
