Setting expectations is always important. I ordered the two planters online and received a confirmation email, along with information that because of the high demand (spring in Canada, of course), it would take 2 to 3 weeks to receive my order. Keep me in the loop and I'm a happy camper. I have not had to contact customer service but I can only imagine it is as professional and thorough as my whole experience has been.

I ordered it during pre-peak planning season -so lots of orders must have happened around this time but the company provided an email update and gave me the option of (for no extra charge) to let them know if I wanted/needed my planter sooner that what they mentioned in the email. Once the planter was shipped they communicated again … great customer focus.
