One of the three planters had an end piece that was broken during transit. Despite that, I was able to put it together. Everything functions fine and it is not noticeable. I sent an email with pictures to cedar planters Canada and they responded right away and offered to send the replacement. I stated that it was not necessary and just to note delivery damage from their end. They said that at any time I would like that piece, email and they will send. Nicely done.

Good but disappointed to see it’s $50 cheaper now than when I ordered it just few weeks ago on June 19/26. I paid $199 for exact same one when I could’ve got for $149. I probably would’ve bought two then. I just got it not long ago as delivery slow, it took awhile. Be nice to get a partial refund as timing so close. I’d like to order again in future but this frustrates me a little. Thx

After getting a call and confirming my shipping address and that me not being home wasn't a problem, the planter wasn't delivered as planned. I had to call because someone (the driver?) decided that a concierge wouldn't take such a large package when in fact that's not the case. My building is set up for deliveries like this.
