My Satisfaction is not their top priority! If you have a golf simulator and plan on using this GEL insert a lot - WARNING - it will cause major joint pain (DR visit break / sprain and in brace for 8weeks). Customer Service response from Top Shelf (Ivan) - “…it’s the manufactures problem, you’ll have to call them”… Called a 2nd time and Ivan didn’t care much about my issue - not his problem!
