This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating purchase. The company provides poor customer service and appears to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I would return the item altogether if I were not required to pay return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee—policies that only further highlight the company's disregard for fair consumer treatment.

Customer Service was very good. Kept me informed and got back to me with answers to my questions. Thanks for a good experience. One drawback for me as a paper crafter, the medium & small totes are not as wide at the bottom as the top & therefore I'm not able to take advantage of their storage space as well. If the bottom width was as wide as the top width, I would be able to store more dies & acrylic stamps (in other words straight sided rather than tapered in). That was a disappointment for me.
