Weāre great about replacing the bins broken on the shipment. Wished had access to a design rep after I ordered my dreambox but before shipping. Didnāt realize it was an option until I hit an email offering it after Iād placed the order but they wouldnāt meet with me since Iād already ordered.

Our delivery guy was amazing, he got it as close as possible to our house, we donāt have a garage and we have a gravel driveway, as we were expecting rain. I had ordered pre-assembled, making it easier to get into the house. It was not very heavy and between my husband, DIL and myself we had it inside quickly.
When I close it up, that room can still be a guest room with our rollaway twin bed.

When I purchased my dreambox in Dec it didnāt go into production right away. I bought a new house in February and wanted it to be delivered there. I called Customer Service and they were so helpful and told me to call back with the new address and they would wait to start production when they hear back from me.

I really like the cabinet, however I paid $200 for it to be assembled and expected to have it assembled. Yes, some parts were assembled, so I suppose it could have been worse. But, there was so much that was still required that it took nearly four hours to get it complete. I also paid an extra $50 for āgarage deliveryā I was not at all aware that would only mean they would bring it to where the garage meats the driveway. My driveway is NOT that long.
