Fabunora Jewellers services are not good, their services are very slow and do not reach home. You have to go to the courier office to get the parcel. When you call them, they give negative answers. Their communication is very bad and they do not talk to you properly. I paid extra 99 rupees for express delivery so that I could get the order quickly but it took 1 week. I did not get the refund for the extra payment for express delivery.

Extremely disappointing experience with Fabunora jewellery. The chain I received looked very different from the photos β much thinner and not like silver as advertised. It also started turning black within 2 days.
I was told before purchase that returns were allowed, but after delivery there was no return option on the portal, and customer support stopped responding.
This feels misleading. Buyers should be careful.
