Although there seem to be a few glitches in the website, I have never had a problem with it. I wasn't aware that some journals were leather bound while others were cloth, however, so I was surprised to see the cloth version when I got my most recent journal. All my others have been the leather. I would make that information a little more accessible for the shoppers in the future. Overall, the shopping experience was painless and efficient.
