I have bought 3 straps from Strapology out of which only one was decent quality. One of the bracelets was of extremely poor quality and also faulty. When in touch with customer service after providing clear images of the bracelet not fitting my apple watch ultra i have been asked to submit also a video for them to understand the issue. I felt that they somewhat didn't believe me. I didn't bother anymore, i am now ÂŁ75 pounds poorer and have only one of three straps that is satisfactory quality.
