Terrible service. Ignore emails. Deny receiving them when they are clearly viewable in the full email chain. Accused me of breaking the watch strap using force. Reduces refund even though their t&c’s were met.

Had product before and they were good but now dispatched and delivering of good especially when it cost £5.00 for the pleasure it took over a month to be delivered to my door

Really good range of straps.

The shopping experience wasn’t a problem. It’s the quality of the strap.

Refunded me quickly when I complained about the quality but made returning the strap quite difficult and I obviously had to pay for the postage, which was probably more than the strap and box were both worth.

Straps are great but the shipping time was a lot longer than expected. I’d definitely buy again and also recommend. Overall I’m happy I love the straps , they look chunky on the watch. I got 3 sports bands and they are better than others I’ve bought online.

The shipping time was far too long, and it wasn’t as if I had to wait for a quality item either.

Ordering process was good, delivery lead time was slower than most online orders and the gift box was damaged, but not an issue as the strap was for myself and not a gift.

I didn’t like one of the straps and asked to return it for another type. When I asked where to send it, they told me to keep it or gift it to a charity shop. Delivery is about 10 days.

Slow. The shipping is too slow. It really affects my desire to order again.
