Their products really work. It’s unfortunate they don’t have a better policy to deal with undelivered deliveries instead of the customer just being out on that money. I spent $80. Of course, I’m not going to order again and HOPE it arrives. Too much of a risk. I also sent multiple emails and never received a response at all from customer service.
