Hello,
I’m reaching out because I still haven’t received my recent order. It was supposed to be delivered a few days ago, but it never arrived.
I’m also having an issue with my subscription. I originally placed a one-time order and subscribed, but after that I never received any additional products even though my card continued to be charged.
Can you please look into this, let me know where my missing package is, and explain why I was charged for subscription orders that I never received? If

The automatic charges to your card topped for a membership you can’t recall signing up for. Then trying to use the credits only to have your card charged again for the products and to reinstate this so called membership was frustrating. Seems very unscrupulous
